Our Mystery Shopper service is the truest measure to test where you are operationally.

It encompasses all areas of your operation, from your member's/customer's perspective. Remember, perception is reality and most people send a message not with words but with actions - either to come back on a regular basis or to avoid your services altogether...even if they pay for them!

With our Mystery Shopper program we would enter into an exhaustive analysis of your operation in what we call "Operation Audit". For private clubs we come as one of your member's unaccompanied guest.  For all other venues i.e. hotels, restaurants, etc we would be an anonymous client using your facility.   We tailor our Mystery Shopper reporting specifically to your unique operation - it is simple to understand, direct in objective and highly useful for tweaking your operations for success in meeting your objectives.  If you are interested in learning more about this service please complete the contact form below and we will be happy to schedule a time with you for a visit to discuss the various options available.
