We specialize in hospitality training utilizing CMAA University training modules, as well as our very own Pineapple Certification© training material. We teach your staff the skills and requirements to adequately perform the various hospitality duties involved in making any event or operation a success.
Levels 1 & 2These levels consist of basic training in safety and proper handling of china glass and flatware. Also there is training on room set-up & breakdown, tray carrying, table clearing and food running. Completing these levels prepares your staff for banquet service.

Level 3This level is inclusive of both levels 1 & 2. The emphasis at this level is on food handling and food operations safety. Successful completion and/or placement in this level will have a comprehensive understanding of fine dining service technique and steps of service.

Level 4This level is inclusive of levels 1, 2 & 3. The successful completion and/or placement in this level means that the candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of, as well as, possess TIPS Alcohol Certification and trained to fully grasp the art and science of mixology.

Level 5This level of training prepares the future Captain's of the hospitality service. These successful candidates are recognized as Service Directors, Trainers and Supervisors who can manage a crew within your organization confidently and with stellar results, handling their duties with the utmost professionalism!
